A quick, upbeat, dynamic class based on elements of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. We use the mat, the Ballet Barre, hand weights and resistance bands to train and stretch the muscles typically used in classical dance. Please bring socks, a hand towel, and when possible your own mat.
