The workshop will take place at Marzili in the early morning,to combine together movement and nature.
We start with pilates to challenge the body to find peace,stability and flow within the sounds of the river and the surrounding to then continue with an impro jam, based on taking inspiration from the enviroment, to translate imagery and sensations into movement.
 

Meeting point: in front of the Marzili Bad, Main Entrance at 08.45 am
Level: Open
Bring: comfortable training shoes & if you have bring your own mat
Cost: 40.- students/ 55.- regular/  30.- professionals

Pamela Monreale

Pamela Monreale is a Ballet teacher ,Basi Pilates instructor and professional dancer.
After graduating in Codarts(Rotterdam) in 2008, she danced for three years with Cathy Sharp Dance Ensemble in Basel.In 2011 she started freelancing as a dancer with several companies such us: Konzert Theater Bern, T42 Dance Projects,Cathy Sharp Dance 
Ensemble, Cie. Dysoundbo.
Since 2012 she teaches ballet and Pilates for different private schools and professional dance formations for:Tanzwerk 101 – Grundausbildung Bühnentanz ZTTS; HF Būhnentanz,Tanzwerk professional open classes, Profitrainig Basel- Profitrainig Winterthur; Unisport Basel; Unisport Bern; New Dance Academy Bern and many others.


Angela Demattè

was born in 1992 in Trento, Italy. She graduated from ArtEZ Hogeschool voor de Kunsten (NL) with a Bachelor in contemporary dance in 2015. She then moved to Bern, Switzerland to join the dance company Konzert Theater Bern. She has been part of the dance ensemble since 2014. As a dancer Angela has worked with choreographers such as Sharon Eyal, Jo Strømgren, Ihsan Rustem, Kor’sia, Nanine Linning, Overhead project, Club Guy and Roni, among others.
Parallel to her dance career she has had the chance to develop her own vision as a choreographer and teacher.
